I am a firm believer in a good breakfast. Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t always been this way, but since experiencing the benefits I have never looked back. This is what I eat most mornings for breakfast! It’s a favourite because it’s delicious, nutritious and quick and easy to make. It contains protein, iron and good fats (among others) and sets my day up brilliantly. Good fats mean I stay fuller longer and curbs cravings I otherwise would get without it.
